Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Qualifications We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
