Your key responsibilities will include: * **Customer Inquiry Support**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, providing accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products. * **Product Expertise**: Provide expert knowledge of our products, guiding customers to make informed decisions and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand. * **Order Management**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions in a timely and efficient manner. * **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. * **Administrative Support**: Complete administrative tasks as required to support the overall customer experience, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed. * **Positive Interaction**: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all customer interactions, upholding our commitment to superior service. **Requirements** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the wellness and supplements industry. * **E-commerce Experience**: Previous experience working in eCommerce, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar. * **Industry Knowledge**: Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry, including a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism. * **Teamwork**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation. * **Technical Requirements**: Must have a reliable internet connection and quality headset; ability to work in a quiet, focused environment. * **Availability**: Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work Eastern or Pacific US time zone. **Current Team Members** Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers.
