We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Integral Healthcare and Therapy Services. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to a diverse group of Licensed Professional Counselor Associates and interns. Your expertise will guide our team in delivering high-quality, ethical, and effective counseling services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide direct clinical supervision to Licensed Professional Counselors and interns, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
β’ Oversee case management, treatment planning, and case review processes.
β’ Mentor and train staff, fostering professional development and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
β’ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care.
β’ Ensure all documentation and supervision records are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal guidelines.
β’ Stay current with industry trends, clinical best practices, and relevant regulatory changes.
β’ Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to organizational policies and procedure
Qualifications:
β’ Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S).
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Proven ability to provide effective clinical supervision and support professional growth in others.
β’ Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
