**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the US. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing professional phone assistance to members and providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and transferring clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide professional phone assistance to members and providers through our criteria-based prior authorization process
* Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials
* Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services

**Minimum Requirements**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
* Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience
* Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level
* Experience working in a healthcare or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
