About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, developing strong relationships with customers and patients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state and federal regulations Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Provide coaching and guidance to other pharmacy technicians and staff members as needed Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You must also have a strong foundation in math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you must have excellent computer skills and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
