**Key Responsibilities**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
* Assisting pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinating with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Adapting to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
* Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are nice-to-haves for this role.
