Adhere to blithequark policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy errors, quality improvement, and asset protection. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment. Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with blithequark or a similar organization. Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions. PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated training program. Knowledge of store inventory control and experience with administrative tasks.
