As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of this effort, working closely with our pharmacists, patients, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and personalized care. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Engage with patients and customers, greeting them warmly and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Sales and Checkout: Register sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items. Pharmacy Operations: Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals. Maintain knowledge of Company asset protection techniques. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, neat, and orderly, and assist with exterior and interior maintenance. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy-related education or training preferred. Certification: PTCB certification or willingness to obtain through our designated training program. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or pharmacy operations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmacy practices, procedures, and regulations. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading or training others.
