Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the execution of medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement patient intervention pharmacy programs, drive pharmacy financial performance, and foster strong relationships with clinical communities. Key Responsibilities

Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
Drive the execution of various strategies and operations to ensure business needs are being met
Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives
Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance
Support efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
Conduct data and clinical reviews, making strategic moves to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions
Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment
Give individualized patient/supplier consultation


Essential Qualifications

Current Pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority
Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
Experience working with confidential information
Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends
Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates
Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction


Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
Knowledge of insurance plans
Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check, or printing worksheets)
Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view, or running a slide show)
Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, copying, and editing text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, formatting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or print functions)
