We are now seeking an experienced Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to join our team in a remote data entry and patient care role. Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to work in a remote setting, providing exceptional patient care and performing data entry tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27 per hour and a range of benefits, including health care benefits, prescription drug discounts, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects Drive the execution of different strategies and operations to guarantee business needs are being met Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership Conduct data and clinical reviews and make strategic decisions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation and win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns Essential Qualifications Current Pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues Experience working with confidential information Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary Knowledge of insurance plans Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check or possibly printing worksheets) Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view or possibly running a slide show) Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting, and editing text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or possibly print functions) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
