**Responsibilities**
As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Servicing our current book of personal lines customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their policies are up-to-date
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up as needed
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service
* Processing renewals and ensuring seamless policy transitions
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

* The ability to effectively relate to customers, providing exceptional service and support
* A Property & Casualty 2-20 or 4-40 license, with a strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance
