About the Role: As a Planning Manager, your core responsibility is to create/maintain an effective supply plan and cash flow model to ensure effective supply planning for products, cables, and accessories, thus achieving targeted inventory levels and financial goals. On a daily basis, you’ll be working closely with the Supply Chain Program Management team and Logistics team to ensure supply/inventory aligns with forecasted demand as well as to improve supply efficiency. This role is data-driven and detail-oriented and requires strong teamwork with various internal teams. This role reports directly to the Senior Planning Manager. What You’ll Do: Create/maintain supply planning model to simulate/determine supply plan, achieving target inventory level and financial goals. Create/maintain cash flow model and work with broader teams, including commodity team, supply chain program manager team, and logistics team on product price, logistics costs, E&O, consign materials, etc, to get a holistic view of cash spend projection that can support the proposed supply plan. Monitor the execution of supply plan and cash flow plan, identify the variances between actual and plan and follow up with appropriate stakeholders to implement corrective actions, ensuring execution aligns with the plan. Collaborate closely with the supply chain program manager team and logistics team to optimize shipment schedules and arrangements to improve supply efficiency while achieving target inventory level and financial goals. Review/reconcile data on a daily basis, identify discrepancies in date and follow through with appropriate stakeholders on the correction of data in systems. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of working experience in supply planning or relevant areas. Experience in the semiconductor and technology industries is preferred. Advanced in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (PivotTables, Vlookup, Index/Match, Importrange, etc.) is required. VBA or Python is a plus. Experience in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) is required. Experience in Salesforce is preferred, and experience in Coupa is a plus. A degree in MBA or Operations is preferred. Strong communication skills at all levels, teamwork, problem-solving, detail-orientated, and highly organized. Comfortable working with data and performing data analysis on a daily basis. Ability to adapt to changes, new problems, and new responsibilities as the need arises. Pay TransparencyYour compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
