Within CIMA, the DTOA team is responsible for leveraging cutting-edge analytics practices to optimize our digital and contact channels, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless, engaging, and memorable. **Job Summary** As a Performance Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our contact centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish * Build compelling stories with data through visualizations and presentations * Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports * Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **We're Looking for Someone with:** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves:** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative environment * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Collaborative and inclusive company culture * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
