**About the Role**

As a Part-Time Remote Typist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be entering and updating data in our systems while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You'll assist with various clerical tasks, including organizing files, maintaining records, and ensuring that all data is inputted correctly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Data Management:** Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* **Data Entry:** Perform accurate typing and data entry tasks with a high degree of precision, reviewing and verifying data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* **Administrative Support:** Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed, including organizing files and maintaining records.
* **Communication:** Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* **Time Management:** Manage time effectively, working independently in a remote setup and meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry is a plus.
* **Experience:** Proven experience in typing/data entry or administrative support, with a strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
* **Typing Speed:** Excellent typing speed (50+ words per minute), with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
* **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* **Remote Work:** Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **Software Skills:** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Docs/Sheets.
