We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist / Growth Marketer to own our growth strategy and help turn our brand into the most dominant local automotive service provider in our market. This is not a social media posting role. This is a strategy, growth, and performance-driven position. Role Overview You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing a complete growth strategy across paid ads, local SEO, website conversion funnels, and lead tracking. You will work directly with ownership and have real influence over decisions, budget, and direction. Your focus is leads, conversions, and ROI — not vanity metrics. Key Responsibilities Build and own the overall marketing & growth strategy Plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Optimize funnels for window tint, windshield replacement, and PPF services Analyze performance data (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategy Oversee local SEO direction and Google Business Profile growth Define website conversion improvements and landing page strategy Collaborate with content creators, designers, and outsourced specialists Report clearly on performance, wins, and opportunities What Success Looks Like Predictable, scalable inbound leads Lower cost per lead over time Increased call, text, and form submissions Strong local search and Google Maps presence Clear data-driven decision making Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or Senior Marketing Strategist Strong background in local service businesses (automotive preferred) Deep understanding of paid ads, funnels, and conversion optimization Comfortable working with real budgets and performance accountability Can explain strategy clearly and back decisions with data Thinks like an owner, not a freelancer Apply tot his job
