With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses. **Responsibilities** As a remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction * Understanding, introducing, and leveraging the products and services available to clients as appropriate * Updating and maintaining client accounts within our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents * Servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An active Property and Casualty License * 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience, with a strong background in high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc. * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without using technical jargon * Self-confidence and the ability to make sound independent decisions * Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools * A highly professional and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality **Benefits** As a remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience * The opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Eastern * A comprehensive benefits package, including work-from-home environmental requirements and technical and system requirements * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
