Key Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions. Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. With moderate guidance, develop solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a broad range of audiences. Effectively utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, through understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis. Frequently utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects and teams, and regularly present to management. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance. Five (5) years of work experience in analysis and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficient in analysis software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis.
