Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, answering high-volume customer requests, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing our data entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our system Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing Investigating to obtain missing prescription information and interpreting medical abbreviations (SIG codes) Resolving all data entry-related exceptions Handling communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis Resolving Third-Party Rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements Making phone calls to payers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as appropriate Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online) Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents) Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate for this role: At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents) Fluency in Spanish and English Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
