You will be responsible for entering and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online, tracking basic COGS, and keeping accounts organized and clean. You will also review payouts from various eCom platforms, flag unusual charges or spend activity, and assist with POs and vendor data cleanup.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online with precision and accuracy
* Track basic COGS (labels, fulfillment, shipping, etc.) to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Maintain organized and clean accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations
* Review payouts from Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, and TikTok Shop to identify any discrepancies or unusual activity
* Flag any unusual charges or spend activity for further review and investigation
* Assist with POs and vendor data cleanup to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information
* Work 3x per week to keep financial data up-to-date and accurate
