**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
* Get customer orders ready and pack them up for shipment
* Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that orders are accurately labeled and packaged
* Use scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and managed
* View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately
* Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the order processing and fulfillment process
* Ensure that product meets quality requirements, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products
* Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification are provided free of cost)
**Requirements**
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
* Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
* Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
