As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a team that values flexibility, work-life balance, and the pursuit of excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our US ERC Workforce Management team as a Senior Real-Time Analyst (RTA). Your key responsibilities will include: * Monitoring shift responsibilities, such as interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity, and calling out for corrective/supportive actions * Ensuring each org/skill adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence * Ensuring operational metrics, such as service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, are met by all orgs/skills at a daily level * Liaising with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned org/skill and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics * Ensuring timely closure of planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning * Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with required WFM skills and knowledge * Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs) * Ensuring expected processes are followed by operations and simplifying current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a data entry or analytical role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in data analysis or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools and software * Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork * Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of its employees.
