[Remote] Salesforce Engineer Manager

They are seeking a Salesforce Engineer Manager to craft innovative solutions for clients, ensuring quality execution through collaboration and integration of Quality Assurance throughout the project stages.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze system specificationsIdentify one or more technical solutions to discuss with clientsCreate a solid technical solution based on best practicesCollaborate with the team to design, develop and maintain all developmentDetermine and coordinate time estimates and prioritiesHelp troubleshoot/reproduce bugs and errors as well as execute test cases (manual or automated) based on business requirements and/or technical specifications. This includes post-release/post deployment testing and analysis of defects, bugs, or other configuration/inoperability issues with existing test cases (including regression testing.)Communicate to all internal stakeholders and log issuesAcknowledge client issues immediately and respond to any client communications by established internal timelinesCommunicate directly with clients to identify core issue(s) and respond daily with progress updates on open ticketsDocument and communicate estimated timeframe and scope hours/cost for fixesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure quality through the system development life cycle while meeting all deadlinesCollaborate with project team and engineers to develop effective strategies and test plansDevelop and maintain a working knowledge, and documentation of deployment and version control methodologiesHelp manage and contribute to internal applicationsCommunicate with engineering leadership on demo and client application setup time requirementsSet up templated applications from the AppExchange with clientsWork with sales team to design demo and implement environments (will not conduct demos)SkillsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 7 years work experience, with prior consulting experience desiredMinimum 3-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experienceCertified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201) requiredProven experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure platforms, Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase productsExperience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and UI/UX designDemonstrated analytical capabilities with extreme attention to detailDesire to learn new systems and technical solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with all Microsoft Office Products and Google appsAbility to travel as neededCertified Salesforce Advanced Developer preferredBenefitsBaker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.Company OverviewBaker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, providing clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage in major regions of the U.S. It was founded in 1931, and is headquartered in Chicago, IL, US, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
