**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and speed
* Verify account eligibility and accessibility, ensuring seamless customer experiences

* Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
* Scan or retain documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive
* Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement
* Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights for business growth
* Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
* Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
* Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy, with the ability to pass testing for consideration
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and independent thinking
