Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 6/22/26) (Spanish/English)
The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
ā¢ Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
ā¢ Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
ā¢ Maintain minimum quality expectations
ā¢ Timely follow up on active prospect list
ā¢ Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
ā¢ Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
ā¢ All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
ā¢ High School Diploma require; Bachelor's Degree preferred
ā¢ 0-3 years of sales experience
ā¢ Ability to type 30+ wpm
ā¢ Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
ā¢ Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
