Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing for careerzynith's Construction Department

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process all invoices in INFOR, verifying GL coding and creating Purchase Orders as needed
* Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
* Electronically and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
* Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills
**Physical Requirements:**
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
* Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
* Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
**Job Qualifications:**
* Experience in data entry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision, with a preference for 10-key by touch
* Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
* Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
* Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
