[Remote] SAP Finance Integration & Reporting Lead

Lincoln Electric is seeking a full-time SAP Finance Integration & Reporting Lead to drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of global financial reporting and integration processes. This strategic role involves supporting the transition from Hyperion Financial Management to OneStream and enhancing the company’s global finance integration and reporting landscape across SAP ECC and Kinetic ERP.ResponsibilitiesOwn and govern global financial reporting standards across SAP ECC and Kinetic ERPLead the continuous optimization and improvement of financial reporting processes, structures, and data modelsDrive harmonization across regions (North America, EU, APAC, LATAM) and eliminate ongoing deviationsEstablish and maintain global standards for:Financial dimensionsStatutory and management reporting structuresMaster data governanceContinuously assess and enhance reporting frameworks to meet evolving business, regulatory, and analytics needsAct as a core internal leader for the HFM → OneStream transformationEnsure SAP and Kinetic are structured as robust, governed source systemsBeyond initial implementation, own the continuous optimization and stability of integrations between:SAP ECCKinetic ERPOneStream and future platformsDefine and enforce integration standards, data quality controls, and reconciliation processesDrive ongoing improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in finance integrationsServe as a trusted long-term partner to global Finance leadership (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A)Lead global workshops and governance forums to drive alignment and continuous improvementTranslate evolving business and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutionsEstablish and maintain governance frameworks for sustained global alignmentDesign and maintain scalable, future-proof financial architecturesPromote standardization and minimize customization where possibleSupport enterprise data strategy, ensuring finance integration with data platforms, BI, and analyticsContinuously identify opportunities to modernize, streamline, and optimize finance processes and systemsSkillsStrong hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI/COProven experience in global financial reporting standardization and optimizationSolid knowledge of US GAAPExperience in multinational, multi-entity environmentsDemonstrated ability to own and continuously improve enterprise solutionsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or relatedMinimum 5 years in technical and functional architecture and design of SAP ECC FI/COTechnical conversion experience a plusStrong hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI/COProven experience in global financial reporting standardization and optimizationSolid knowledge of US GAAPExperience in multinational, multi-entity environmentsDemonstrated ability to own and continuously improve enterprise solutionsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsBenefitsBonus Plan: AIPTarget Bonus: 15.0Company OverviewLincoln Electric is a manufacturer of welding products, arc welding equipment, and welding consumables.
