**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typing – Part Time, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed to ensure seamless operations
* Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
* Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, ensuring easy access and retrieval
* Assisting the Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

**Physical Requirements**

This role requires:

* The ability to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day, with occasional movement around the home office
* The ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment with ease

**Job Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
* Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative
* 10-key by touch proficiency, with the ability to type quickly and accurately
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
* The ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
