**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Entering data into various systems, databases, records, and files with accuracy and efficiency
* Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
* Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and precision
* Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
* Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
* Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
* Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills

**Qualifications**

* Data Entry Clerk experience: 1 year (required)
* Excel/Filing experience: 1 year (required)
