Our team is comprised of passionate and purpose-driven individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. **The Role** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Success Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional assistance to subscribers regarding service inquiries and billing of memberships for our arenaflex sites and papers. This is a part-time remote position, working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with occasional weekend shifts requested as needed throughout the year.
