Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle diverse customer needs. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction, even in high-pressure situations. Accurately document and manage customer interactions using arenaflex's internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
