**Job Description**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members across various channels including email, chat, and phone. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide friendly and efficient support to arenaflex members via email, chat, and phone.
* Assist members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting.
* Utilize arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns.
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
* Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with members and colleagues.
* Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* Customer satisfaction ratings: 90% or higher
* Response time: 30 minutes or less
* Quality of service: 95% or higher
* First call resolution (FCR): 80% or higher

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
* Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
