The Role As a Sr. Coordinator Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director(s) and service center team(s), while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating exceptional judgment, courtesy, creativity, and drive.Your responsibilities will include: * Providing regulatory support, such as scheduling management, coordinating meetings, phone calls, and large group gatherings * Holding liability for administrative support, including but not limited to: + Scheduling management + Coordinating arrangements + Managing phone calls and large group gatherings * Leading and directing team needs, such as: + Requesting division supplies + Maintaining the inventory area + Assisting with planning and executing all-group events + Refreshing group communication sheets + Making travel arrangements for leaders + Handling costs * Aiding the onboarding and setup of new team members, including: + Planning the group acknowledgment program + Participating in division projects and activities as assigned + Serving as a continuous resource for the service center(s) you support * Centering liabilities of this role are described within this expected set of responsibilities.Work obligations may change unexpectedly due to business needs.
