Job Summary As a Live Chat Representative at Blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your home. Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Blithequark's insurance offerings, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, in order to offer accurate information and guidance to customers. Sales Support: Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products based on the customer's needs while adhering to company sales guidelines and practices. Record Keeping: Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from customers to relay to management for service improvement initiatives. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a collaborative environment, sharing best practices and supporting team goals. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends and product updates. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required. Experience: No prior experience is required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus.
