**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
* Prior experience in a call center environment (strongly preferred)

* Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
* Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day and holidays
* Reliable high-speed internet connection, PC computer, web camera, 2 monitors, and hands-free headset
