About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to work remotely and provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
