About the Team
The 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships team at Angi is a key driver of growth through external channels. Our team's main objective is to propel EBITDA growth for Angi while maintaining high-quality partnerships. We achieve this through consistent day-to-day management of the channels and implementing new strategies to improve how we work with external partners. Within Angi, we work closely with product, data, corporate strategy, and marketplace stakeholder teams, representing the homeowners and service providers who use Angi each day.

Job Summary
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Marketing Admin to join our 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those interested in partnerships, affiliate marketing, and account management. You'll gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations within the team, including data reporting and analysis, financial tracking, assisting in cross-functional projects, and working closely with other Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in weekly and monthly data reporting, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
Own components of financial reporting, including working with external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial data
Handle invoice reconciliations, communicate with networks on credit requests, and manage invoice discrepancies with the accounting team
Establish and maintain processes across the team, working to improve efficiency and productivity
Work closely with the Marketing Partnerships team on ad hoc projects, including leadership updates, product releases, partnership launches, and other initiatives


Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for marketing. If you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong project management skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals and recommendations
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate risks or blockers
Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn about 3rd Party Partnerships


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
Experience working with external partners and vendors
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
