**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring seamless client experience and timely payroll processing. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses and contact information
* Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure timely payroll processing
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience working in a fast-paced data entry environment
* Familiarity with payroll processing and client management systems
