**Responsibilities**
As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
* Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely and effective communication
* Documenting all client communication across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate records and reports
* Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Prior experience in the insurance industry (agent license a plus!)
* Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm EST, with some Saturdays required)
* Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 4+ years of insurance experience
* Bilingual (Spanish/English)
* Associates Degree
