Responsibilities
Enter and update data in the company's database system accurately and efficiently.
Verify data accuracy by checking and correcting data, when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data integrity.
Collaborate with team managers to support data management needs and process improvements.
Generate reports and perform data backup as required.
Adhere to quality standards and data entry protocols.
Respond to data inquiries from team members and provide requisite data insights.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
