This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a starting pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved, coordinated call required) * Email responses to customers to ensure they receive updates and exceptional customer service * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status * Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in I.T.
