**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns
* Utilize active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and preferences
* Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting arenaflex services and solutions to customers
* Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, providing accurate and timely information to customers
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
* All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Excellent Internet connectivity:
