**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our Data Management team. This is a remote opportunity that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for phone/online research, data collection, and other administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Phone/online research and data collection
* Data entry and management
* Administrative tasks, including data cleaning and organization
* Communication with clients and colleagues
* Meeting deadlines and working efficiently
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in data entry or adjacent role
* Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvy
* Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, with up to 29 hours available
* Professional, ambitious, adaptable and hard-working: attention to detail a must
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Deadline-oriented
* Excellent telephone and customer-service skills (comfortable cold-calling)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Publisher & Excel
* Strong understanding of food, beverage & restaurant industry: especially classifications and types
* General understanding of menu structure
* Foodservice experience a plus
**Additional Information**
* The pay range for this position is between $14-$16 hourly, based on experience
