Program Overview As an Ignite participant, you’ll get an early, supportive introduction to the skills and insights that power modern careers. You’ll meet Cognizant professionals, explore new ideas, and start building a network long before most students even think about it. Who We're Looking For (Qualifications) You’re a great fit if you are: • A current first year at an accredited college or university • A strong communicator and collaborative thinker • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn • Beginning to explore leadership in any form — clubs, sports, volunteering, or campus engagement Eligibility Requirements • First year student enrolled in a four year BA/BS program during the 2025–2026 academic year • Majoring in (or exploring!) business or STEM fields • Attending an accredited U.S. college or university • Permanent U.S. work authorization What You’ll Gain • Access to Cognizant resources and events • Early professional development opportunities • Career-building content designed specifically for first year students • A clearer sense of what you want — and where you can go Application Deadline: March 13th, 2026 Cognizant is always looking for top talent.
