**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex's standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a customer-centric experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays, and occasional holidays as needed
