About the Role
As a customer support representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending and selling products that meet their needs
Continuously improving our services and processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
