**Key Responsibilities**

As a customer support representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Working with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
