Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence
Create and dispatch case/ticket to the proper queue
Maintain high-level knowledge of the extensive product suite
Confirm and/or update customer contact information
Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations professionally
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/support environment
Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask/prioritize projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Knowledge of support tools such as Salesforce or other remote access tools
Previous call center/inbound support experience
Highly motivated and team-oriented
