**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Attend 4 weeks of training (Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM - 6:30PM CST)
* Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
* Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM being preferred
