[Remote] Director, Operations & Change Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CCS Fundraising is an international strategic fundraising firm that partners with nonprofits for transformational change. As the Director of Operations & Change Management, you will be responsible for translating firm strategy into coordinated action and ensuring the organization successfully absorbs and sustains change.ResponsibilitiesManage the enterprise initiative roadmap, partnering with Operations Office leadership on prioritization, sequencing, and dependency managementAct as “Air Traffic Control”, ensuring the organization is not overloaded and initiatives are intentionally paced and communicatedBuild and maintain enterprise dashboards and tracking systems to provide visibility into enterprise-wide project activityOwn the firm’s initiative execution infrastructure (e.g., Monday.com) as the system of recordPartner closely with executive sponsors and strategic initiative leaders to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated execution and communications plansLead the end-to-end execution of priority initiatives, from work plan design through implementation, including building detailed project plans, timelines, ownership structures, change management strategies, communications calendars, and accountability mechanismsMonitor performance, track outcomes, and lead regular executive reporting and readoutsDesign and institutionalize a consistent change management approach across all operations initiativesDefine and track adoption metrics, ensuring success is measured by behavior change, not just deliveryIdentify areas of resistance, misalignment, or change fatigue across the organization and recommend solutionsEstablish feedback loops and listening mechanisms to continuously assess organizational readiness and overall efficacy of internal communicationsSkillsBachelor's degree in business-related field (Master's degree a plus)Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with a preference for previous work in change management, project management, or operationsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution from planning through implementationProven ability to manage multiple priorities, including coordinating dependencies and balancing organizational capacityExperience driving change initiatives with a focus on adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomesUnderstanding of the nonprofit sector, fundraising, and/or professional services preferredExperience collaborating with a diverse set of leaders and developing unifying solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics or dashboards to track performance and outcomesUnderstanding of the nonprofit sector, fundraising, and/or professional services preferredMonday.com experience preferredBenefitsCCS offers competitive benefits, a dynamic training program, resources, career advancement, mentoring, and networking opportunities.Company OverviewCCS Fundraising provides interim development management and assessments services.
