As a Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage dispensing equipment, investigating and diagnosing issues, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage dispensing equipment according to blithequark standards Investigate and diagnose issues with beverage dispensing equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives Remain positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beverage or food service industry Technical training or certification in a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical expertise and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
